You’re in the right place if you want more for yourself and your life, but self-doubt, overthinking, and worry are holding you back.

You’re a professional in a high-pressure job, overwhelmed by a heavy workload, performance demands, and growing burnout.

You frequently feel physically tense, restless, on edge, and find it nearly impossible to relax.

If you’re in a relationship, you may have noticed that conversations with your partner have become circular, lack clarity, and are shaped by defensiveness that gets in the way of understanding.

Discover how Individual or Couples THERAPY can create space for self-reflection, new ways of responding, and greater self-trust, emotional well-being, and relational closeness.

I’m Gina, a Dual-Licensed Therapist and Clinical Supervisor that specializes in anxiety and relationship therapy.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I hold a BA in Behavioral Sciences and an MA in Counseling. My interest in human behavior, a deep desire to support others in their personal development, and my own meaningful experiences in therapy led me to this work. I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples increase self-awareness, reconnect with their inner strengths, and live more fulfilling lives.
